Oudé moves at the intersection of luxury, design, experience, and positioning. Her journey across Paris, Banjul, and the United Arab Emirates has shaped a refined understanding of how atmosphere, detail, and perception influence the value of a place or a brand. This intuition for the invisible, for what is felt before it is seen, is at the core of everything she brings to a project.

Born into a Bissau-Guinean family, she carries a perspective that is both deeply rooted and internationally informed. With a background in luxury hospitality, she developed a strong sensitivity to service, perceived quality, and the subtle precision that distinguishes a simple offering from a truly memorable experience.

Naturally attentive to spaces, she instinctively observes what many overlook: the way an arrival is designed, the coherence of an atmosphere, or the single detail that can elevate or alter the perception of an entire place. Today, she applies this intuition strategically, helping projects refine their positioning and create environments that feel both coherent and exceptional.

Johanna was born in France, of Martinican and Guadeloupean heritage, and deeply identifies as Afro-descendant. She spent more than fifteen years in the luxury sector, primarily in fashion, including within the world's largest luxury group, an environment that sharpened her eye and deepened her understanding of what defines a refined client experience.

Her career led her from Paris to London, where she worked with an international and highly demanding clientele, building a strong command of global luxury standards and the expectations that come with them.

Driven by a deep passion for design, she later transitioned into interior architecture, bringing with her the sensibility for elegance, precision, and experience cultivated in the luxury world.

Travel has always been a vital source of inspiration. From Miami to Bali, via New Delhi and Zanzibar, Johanna has consistently sought experiences that marry international luxury standards with the richness of local craftsmanship. This perspective continues to shape her approach, creating spaces that feel refined, meaningful, and memorable.
